Privacy Policy
Who we are
luckcasinouk.uk publishes independent information about Luck Casino and is not operated by the casino itself. For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, the operators of luckcasinouk.uk are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Questions about this policy or about your data go to [email protected].
What information we collect
We collect three types of information. Server logs record your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the pages you request, generated automatically when you visit luckcasinouk.uk. Cookies and analytics tools record how you move through the site, which pages you read and which outbound links you follow. Anything you send us by email, such as your name, email address and the content of your message, is stored so we can reply.
Our legal basis for processing
We process server logs and cookie data under our legitimate interest in keeping luckcasinouk.uk secure, working and easy to use. Where a cookie is not strictly necessary for the site to function, we ask for your consent before it is set. We process emails you send us on the basis of your consent, given by contacting us, and to take steps you request before entering into any arrangement.
How long we keep it
Server logs are kept for as long as is needed to monitor and secure the site, then deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics provider we use, normally no longer than 26 months. Emails and any reply are kept for as long as the correspondence is relevant, then deleted.
Who we share it with
We share data with the hosting provider that stores luckcasinouk.uk, with analytics providers that process visit statistics on our behalf, and, when you choose to click through to a casino operator, with that operator, who becomes a separate controller for anything you do on their site. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
Transfers outside the UK
Some of the providers named above may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we rely on their standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard recognised under UK data protection law to keep your data protected to a UK standard.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to ask for data to be erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive data you provided to us in a portable format. To use any of these rights, write to [email protected].
Cookies
luckcasinouk.uk uses cookies for essential site functions and, with your consent, for analytics. You can withdraw consent or clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.
Age restriction
luckcasinouk.uk is intended for readers aged 18 and over only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age, and any data found to belong to a younger reader is deleted.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, contact us first at [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, the UK regulator for data protection.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our data practices, our providers or the law change. We post the new version here rather than notifying each reader individually. This version was last updated on 27 September 2026.
